Yes. We do not test on animals and use no animal derived ingredients other than Beeswax. No bees are harmed in getting the wax. All our products are also gluten free.

Our lipstick is made from a mixture of waxes, oils and pigments. They contain no harsh or harmful ingredients and are gluten-free. It is, however, still advisable to check the ingredients list if you have known allergies.

The Saints are sheer and only contain 10% pigment to give you a hint of the color, whereas the Sinners are 90% pigment and opaque in texture.

You should trust what you see in the mirror when you try the color. A lipstick color that suits you will make your skin, eyes, hair, complexion and everything else look brighter and more alive. If the color is wrong for you, you will notice that all of the above look duller or drained.

Any color that is not too far removed from your own lip tone. If you have pinkish lips then a natural pink color. If you have brownish lips then a brown toned shade. Berry and plum tones tend to suit everyone and everything, and don’t forget Medieval is a universal flattering color!

Should I use a liner?

 
A:

It is up to you but using a liner will help stop your lipstick from bleeding/feathering around the edges of the lips. Filling in your lips with the liner before you apply your lipstick can also help your color last. Invisible Liner goes with any product or color. And another tip: you can also use a little concealer around the outside of the lips if you want to make the edges more defined. Just apply that first and then apply your lipstick.

How do I stop it from bleeding/moving?

For the Sinner shades you only need to touch them up a couple of times during the day and then reapply once again before you go out. The Saints are sheer so they need reapplying more often. Think of them as lip balm with a little color.

The answer is yes! Everyone can wear bolder colors if they are prepared to make a statement. The same goes for red. However, if you are feeling unsure about it then try a red or a bold in a sheer version first rather than full strength. Also, opt for minimal eye make-up (just a little mascara and liner and a very neutral shadow) when you wear red lipstick. That way you won't look overdone.
